News for December December 1 2007

Several new items and reminders for the month of December.

Several new items and reminders:

• Tuesday practices at SRC will be moved to I-house due to exams until the new term begins. Tues/Thrus at I-house starting at 7:30pm for both seniors and beginners. Also, for seniors, please bring your bokken to practice kata.
• The BCKF is holding a godo-keiko on Friday, Dec. 7 at Steveston Martial Arts Center and begins at 7:30pm. Ikkyu and above are welcome to attend. Those who are not but are interested, please contact Harding sensei to confirm. Directions are here.
• The 2007 BCKF Senior Mudansha Tournament will be on Saturday, Dec. 15 at the Simon Fraser University (Burnaby Campus) Athletics Facility, West Gym. Registration will begin at 10:30am, and competition is to start promptly at 11:00am. If you haven't yet, please contact our club if you want to partake by Thrusday, Dec. 6.
• SFU will be hosting a Christmas Potluck Party at Zousoukan in Surrey on Saturday, Dec. 22.
